About the Role

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Hotel Front Desk Agent to greet guests and manage check-ins/check-outs. The agent will handle reservations, answer inquiries, and ensure a pleasant guest experience. This role is essential for maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests and handle check-ins/check-outs
  • Manage reservations and answer guest inquiries
  • Provide information about hotel amenities and services
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly
  • Process payments and prepare billing statements
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
  • Coordinator with housekeeping and maintenance staff
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions

Requirements

  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service (preferred)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in basic computer software and hotel management systems
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
  • Must pass background check and drug screen
  • Fluency in multiple languages (preferred but not required)
