About the Role
Lead front office operations at a 250-room convention hotel. Drive guest satisfaction through efficient check-in/out processes and team leadership.
Responsibilities
- Manage 15+ front desk staff
- Oversee night audit process
- Resolve guest complaints
- Optimize room inventory
- Train on PMS software
- Monitor loyalty program sign-ups
- Coordinate with housekeeping
Requirements
- 3+ years hotel management
- PMS certification (Opera)
- 4-year hospitality degree
- Revenue management experience
- Multilingual abilities preferred
- Available weekends/holidays
- TIPS certification
