About the Role
We’re hiring Warehouse Associates to join our fast-paced distribution center team. This role involves receiving, processing, and preparing shipments for delivery. You’ll work with a team to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently, playing a key role in our supply chain operations.
Responsibilities
- Receive and process incoming stock and materials
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment
- Perform inventory control and quality checks
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Load and unload delivery trucks
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
- Use warehouse management systems to track inventory
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Stand and walk for extended periods
- Basic computer skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Forklift certification preferred but not required
- Flexibility to work different shifts as needed
