About the Role
We’re looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Electrician Apprentices. This entry-level position offers hands-on learning opportunities under the guidance of experienced journeymen. You’ll assist with installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems while working toward your certification.
Responsibilities
- Assist journeyman electricians with installations
- Learn to read and interpret blueprints
- Help maintain tools and equipment
- Follow safety protocols at all times
- Assist with troubleshooting electrical issues
- Perform basic wiring tasks under supervision
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Attend required training classes
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Basic math skills
- Willingness to work in various conditions (heat, cold, heights)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Commitment to complete apprenticeship program
- Valid driver’s license preferred
