About the Role
Hospitality leader needed for 200-room upscale hotel. Supervise 8-10 front desk agents, handle guest relations, and manage daily operations. Weekend availability required.
Responsibilities
- Oversee check-in/check-out processes
- Resolve guest complaints professionally
- Train new front desk staff
- Manage room inventory in PMS
- Audit daily financial transactions
- Coordinate with housekeeping/maintenance
Requirements
- 2+ years hotel front desk experience
- Proficient with Opera PMS
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Flexibility for AM/PM shifts
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
