About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Medical Surgical unit. The RN will provide high-quality patient care and support to those recovering from surgery or illness.
Responsibilities
- Assess and monitor patients’ health conditions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop care plans.
- Educate patients and families on post-discharge care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records.
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients.
Requirements
- Valid RN license in the state of Texas.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Experience in a medical surgical setting.
- Strong clinical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- CPR and ACLS certification.
