About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Electrician to install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a commitment to safety.
Responsibilities
- Install and maintain electrical wiring and systems in residential and commercial settings
- Read and interpret electrical blueprints and schematics
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical malfunctions and failures
- Ensure compliance with local and national electrical codes and standards
- Perform inspections and testing of electrical systems
- Maintain accuracy and completeness of project documentation
- Work collaboratively with other tradespeople and construction teams
- Provide excellent customer service and communication
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent
- Previous experience as an electrician in commercial or industrial settings
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and materials
- Knowledge of electrical codes and regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
