About the Role
Join our compassionate healthcare team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) providing essential patient care. You’ll work under the supervision of licensed nursing staff to assist patients with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, and ensure a safe, comfortable environment. Your role is critical in maintaining patient dignity and supporting efficient clinical operations.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Take and record vital signs accurately
- Turn and reposition bedridden patients
- Document patient information in electronic health records
- Respond to patient call lights promptly
- Maintain clean and organized patient rooms
- Report changes in patient condition to nurses
- Transport patients for tests and procedures
Requirements
- Active CNA certification in state of employment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- CPR/BLS certification
- 6+ months of clinical experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Strong communication skills
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Familiarity with medical terminology
