About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to provide compassionate and quality patient care in our skilled Nursing Facility.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physician
- Monitor patients’ vital signs and assess physical and emotional conditions
- Provide personal care, including bathing, grooming, and feeding
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Address patient concerns and report issues to the registered nurse or supervisor
Requirements
- Valid LPN license in the state of employment
- Completion of a practical nursing program
- Current CPR certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand and walk excessively and lift up to 50 pounds
