About the Role
Seeking compassionate CNAs to join our growing team and assist in our assisted living facility. You’ll provide essential daily living assistance to residents while ensuring their health, safety and comfort are prioritized.
Responsibilities
- Assist with bathing, dressing and personal grooming
- Help residents transfer to and from wheelchairs, beds and chairs
- Deliver timely medication reminders and document administration
- Monitor vital signs and provide basic health status reports
- Maintain sanitary, organized resident care areas
- Accompany residents to appointments, activities and religious services
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
Requirements
- Valid CNA certification
- Current CPR/AED certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Caring, compassionate personality
- Experience working with elderly patients preferred
