About the Role
Provide essential care to residents at Cedar Springs Senior Living. As a CNA, you’ll assist with daily living activities, monitor patient health, and support nursing staff in delivering compassionate care. Your role ensures dignity and comfort for elderly residents.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Take and record vital signs
- Support mobility and safe transfers
- Help with feeding and nutrition monitoring
- Document care provided in electronic records
- Respond to call lights promptly
Requirements
- Active CNA certification in Pennsylvania
- CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Compassion for elderly population
- Clear criminal background check
- Strong teamwork and communication abilities
