About the Role
Join our customer-focused team at Premier Outdoor Gear. As a sales associate, you’ll assist customers, manage inventory, and promote our high-quality outdoor lifestyle products.
Responsibilities
- Provide superior customer service and sales support
- Maintain clean, organized inventory displays
- Process sales, refunds and exchanges efficiently
- Recommend products to match customer interests
- Maintain detailed knowledge of current product offerings
- Monitor for safety hazards and store compliance
- Assist with stock-taking and online orders
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years’ retail experience preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Experience in outdoor or sporting goods sales a plus
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- Pass sales skills assessment and interview
