About the Role
We are looking for a friendly Hotel Front Desk Agent to provide excellent customer service, handle guest check-ins and check-outs, and manage reservations. You will ensure a pleasant and efficient guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide information about hotel services and amenities
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently
- Manage reservations and room assignments
- Process payments and handle billing inquiries
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and reservation software
- Knowledge of hotel industry standards and practices
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
