About the Role
Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and shipments. Ensure efficient workflow, safety compliance, and personnel management.
Responsibilities
- Supervise warehouse staff and assign duties
- Develop and maintain inventory control systems
- Oversee material handling equipment calibration
- Ensure compliance with safety and OSHA regulations
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflow processes
- Resolve logistics and shipping discrepancies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- 5+ years warehouse management experience
- Strong logistical and organizational skills
- Proficient in warehouse management software (WMS)
- Experience with Lean/Six Sigma practices preferred
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
