About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our HR team. You will assist with recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administrative tasks. Your role will support the smooth operation of our HR functions and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment processes, including posting jobs and scheduling interviews
- Coordinate onboarding for new hires
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Assist with employee relations and engagement initiatives
- Handle HR administrative tasks and documentation
- Support HR projects and initiatives as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- 1-2 years of HR experience preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Team player with a positive attitude
