About the Role
The Oceanview Resort in Miami Beach seeks a Front Desk Supervisor to lead a 10-person team. Manage reservations, resolve guest issues, and ensure smooth check-in/out processes. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
Responsibilities
- Train new front desk agents
- Audit daily transactions
- Handle VIP guest requests
- Coordinate with housekeeping
- Update rates in PMS
- Enforce safety protocols
Requirements
- 3+ years hotel front desk experience
- Proficiency with Opera PMS
- High school diploma required
- Supervisory experience
- Flexibility to work weekends
- CPR/First Aid certified
