About the Role
Analyze financial performance, prepare reports, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making for our growing fintech company.
Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data and trends to identify insights and make data-driven recommendations
- Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
- Assist in the preparation of annual audit and due diligence materials
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to understand business drivers and trends
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of financial reporting and analysis tools
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis or related role
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with financial analysis software (e.g., Bloomberg, FactSet, CapIQ)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
