Lead product strategy for our enterprise B2B SaaS portfolio reporting directly to the CEO. Define market vision, align roadmaps with business objectives, and manage a team of senior product managers. Oversake $50M+ product lines throughout the innovation lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Define product strategy and positioning
- Conduct market analysis and competitive research
- Prioritize features based on customer value
- Align engineering, marketing, and sales teams
- Manage $8M annual product development budget
- Establish product KPIs and success metrics
- Represent company at industry conferences
- Mentor high-performance product team
Requirements
- MBA or advanced technical degree
- 10+ years in SaaS product management
- 5+ years leadership experience
- Proven success scaling enterprise B2B products
- Expertise with analytics platforms and SQL
- Experience with SaaS metrics and pricing strategies
- Strong technical aptitude and business acumen
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
