About the Role

Join our team as a Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our market presence. You will identify new business opportunities, build relationships with clients, and contribute to strategic planning.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients
  • Develop and execute business development strategies
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align on goals
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals
  • Monitor market trends and identify growth areas

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in business development
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales analytics
