About the Role
We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the development and execution of our product strategy. You will work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver products that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Define and prioritize product features and requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver products on time
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis
- Develop and maintain the product roadmap
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product decisions
- Monitor product performance and optimize for success
- Communicate product vision and strategy to stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in product management
- Proven track record of delivering successful products
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Experience with data-driven decision-making
