About the Role
Ensure our customers are happy and driving value from our platform, reducing churn and driving growth.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, building strong relationships and understanding their needs
- Onboard new customers, driving adoption and training them on our platform
- Monitor customer health and perform regular business reviews to identify opportunities for growth and address any concerns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and influence product development
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual customer retention targets
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related role
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding customer retention targets
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills
- Strong analytical skills and experience with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
