About the Role
As a Project Manager, you’ll plan, coordinate, and oversee software development projects from inception to completion. This critical role involves stakeholder communication, risk management, and resource allocation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinated cross-functional teams (design, engineering, QA) and resources
- Manage project risk, issues, and changes, escalating as needed
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders
- Implement and maintain project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field
- Proven experience of 3+ years in project management or a similar role
- Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) or Scrum Master is a plus
- Strong knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Familiarity with software development lifecycles (SDLC)
