About the Role
Lead clinical operations for a 300-bed acute care facility. Drive quality improvement initiatives while managing $15M+ in department resources. Ensure JCAHO compliance and staff development.
Responsibilities
- Oversee 150+ nursing staff
- Develop evidence-based care protocols
- Analyze patient satisfaction metrics
- Collaborate on strategic budget planning
- Implement EHR optimization strategies
- Lead DEI recruitment initiatives
- Coordinate with C-suite on policy changes
Requirements
- Active RN license
- MSN or DNP required
- 10+ years nursing leadership
- Proficiency with Epic EHR systems
- Lean Six Sigma certification
- Proven mortality rate reduction
- Experience in Magnet hospital
