About the Role
We’re looking for a Sales Director to lead our sales team, achieve revenue targets, and drive our company’s growth. You’ll develop and execute sales strategies that resonate with customers and expand our market reach.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of sales professionals
- Develop and execute sales strategies and forecasts
- Manage sales pipeline and ensure accurate CRM data
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with company objectives
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
