About the Role
We’re looking for a dynamic Product Manager to define our product roadmap, gather and prioritize product and customer requirements, and work with engineering teams to ensure we deliver high-quality features.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps and backlogs
- Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features on time and on budget
- Conduct market research and analyze competitive landscape
- Define and analyze product metrics and KPIs
- Create product documentation and specifications
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Marketing, or Engineering)
- 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally in FinTech or a related industry
- Proven ability to manage complex products and roadmaps
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and development tools
