About the Role
We’re seeking a Lead Software Engineer to drive our product development. You’ll guide our engineering team, define technical standards, and ensure we deliver high-quality software on time.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers
- Define and maintain technical standards and best practices
- Collaborate with product stakeholders to understand and deliver on product vision
- garantir that software is delivered on time and meets quality standards
- Participate in on-call rotations to provide support and troubleshooting
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 10+ years of software development experience
- Proven experience leading engineering teams
- Expertise in multiple programming languages and frameworks
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
