About the Role
As a Cybersecurity Engineer, you will protect our systems from threats and vulnerabilities. Your role is critical in safeguarding sensitive data and ensuring compliance. You will lead security initiatives and respond to incidents.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement security measures for infrastructure
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Monitor systems for security breaches and anomalies
- Respond to and investigate security incidents
- Develop and enforce security policies
- Train employees on security best practices
- Collaborate with IT teams to secure applications
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity or related field
- 4+ years of cybersecurity experience
- Certifications like CISSP, CEH, or CISM preferred
- Expertise in firewall, IDS/IPS, and SIEM tools
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST)
- Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash)
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
