About the Role
Conduct cutting-edge research and develop AI-driven NLP models for our conversational AI platform.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement state-of-the-art NLP models
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate models into products
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research in AI and NLP
- Publish research papers and present at conferences
- Mentor and guide junior researchers
Requirements
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in AI research with a focus on NLP
- Strong programming skills in Python and proficiency in machine learning libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.)
- Excellent publication record and experience presenting at conferences
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
