About the Role
We’re hiring a Cybersecurity Manager to lead our security operations and protect our digital assets. In this critical role, you’ll establish security policies, monitor threats, and develop strategies to mitigate risks. You’ll manage a team of security professionals and collaborate across departments to ensure comprehensive protection of our systems and data.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies
- Lead incident response and threat investigation initiatives
- Manage and mentor the cybersecurity team
- Conduct regular security assessments and penetration tests
- Oversee compliance with security frameworks and regulations
- Evaluate and implement security tools and technologies
- Collaborate with IT and engineering teams on security best practices
- Prepare and present security reports to executive leadership
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity roles
- 3+ years in leadership or managerial positions
- Deep technical knowledge of security frameworks and technologies
- Experience with SIEM, EDR, and threat intelligence platforms
- Strong understanding of compliance standards (ISO, NIST, GDPR)
- Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, or equivalent)
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field
