About the Role
Qualify leads, schedule meetings, and set appointments for our sales team, driving revenue growth and pipeline development.
Responsibilities
- Prospect for leads using various channels, including email, phone, and LinkedIn.
- Qualify leads and book appointments for sales team.
- Collaborate with sales team to understand target market and tailor messaging.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead records in CRM.
- Achieve and exceed monthly lead generation targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in SDR, BDR, or similar role.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Motivated, targets-focused, and self-driven individual.
