About the Role
Drive user-centered design through qualitative research, improving digital experiences for millions of retail app users.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute usability studies to inform product decisions
- Develop research methodologies (surveys/card sorting/heuristic evaluation)
- Synthesize findings into actionable recommendations for design teams
- Oversee research participant recruitment and testing logistics
- Mentor junior research team members
- Present research outcomes and insights to cross-functional teams
- Stay up to date with emerging UX research trends and technologies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in UX, HCI, or related field
- 4+ years applied UX research experience
- Strong understanding of usability testing principles
- Proficiency with research tools (Optimal Workshop, UserTesting)
- Experience with qualitative data analysis
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Strong communication skills for diverse audience presentation
