About the Role
Lead a team of data scientists developing machine learning models that optimize supply chain operations for Fortune 500 clients. Drive AI initiatives from concept to deployment while shaping our data strategy.
Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor 8-10 data scientists
- Design predictive analytics pipelines
- Present insights to executive stakeholders
- Oversee A/B testing frameworks
- Collaborate with engineering on MLOps
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies
- Ensure GDPR/CCPA compliance
Requirements
- 7+ years in data science with 2+ years leadership
- Ph.D. in Statistics, CS, or related field
- Expertise in Python, PySpark, and TensorFlow
- Proven success deploying ML models at scale
- Deep understanding of Kubernetes
- Strong SQL and data warehousing skills
- Consulting experience preferred
