About the Role
Spearhead NVIDIA’s autonomous vehicle perception team developing next-gen DL models for 300+ vehicle partners. Lead breakthroughs in real-time sensor fusion using cutting-edge GPU technology.
Responsibilities
- Design transformer-based architectures for LiDAR point cloud processing
- Optimize TensorRT models for <5ms inference on Drive AGX Orin
- Lead 15-person ML engineering team
- Develop synthetic data pipelines using Omniverse simulation
- Publish whitepapers on multi-modal sensor fusion
- Implement safety-critical model monitoring systems
- Collaborate with Mercedes-Benz/Volve on production deployments
Requirements
- PhD in Computer Vision or Robotics (required)
- 8+ years production ML experience
- Expert-level CUDA/C++ optimization skills
- Published at CVPR/ICRA/IROS (3+ papers)
- Experience with ISO 26262 functional safety
- TS/SCI clearance eligibility (preferred)
- Portfolio of deployed autonomous systems
