About the Role
Lead mixed-use development projects for CBRE’s Urban Innovations division, transforming underutilized properties into sustainable communities.
Responsibilities
- Manage entitlements for $500M+ development pipeline
- Secure tax increment financing and EB-5 funding
- Negotiate joint venture agreements with investors
- Oversee LEED Platinum certification processes
- Implement smart city technologies in new developments
Requirements
- 15+ years real estate development experience
- Proven track record with 1M+ sq ft projects
- Expertise in California land use regulations
- Strong relationships with GCs and architects
- MSRED or MBA preferred
