About the Role
Seeking a dedicated Elementary School Teacher to foster student growth in a Title I school. Inspire young learners through differentiated instruction and collaborate with staff to meet district goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop lesson plans aligned with state standards
- Assess student progress through formative evaluations
- Maintain positive classroom management strategies
- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians
- Participate in IEP meetings as required
- Integrate technology into daily instruction
- Attend professional development workshops
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education
- State teaching certification (K-6)
- 2+ years classroom experience preferred
- Knowledge of Common Core standards
- Experience with diverse learning needs
- Strong organizational skills
- Background check clearance
