About the Role
Join our award-winning team as a Retail Sales Associate. This role focuses on delivering top-tier customer service through product knowledge, personalized recommendations, and collaborative team culture. No prior department store experience needed!
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with product selection based on lifestyle needs
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain visually appealing display setups with frequent updates
- Conduct floor merchandising duties, keeping aisles clear
- Replenish inventory levels by transferring stock from backroom
- Process returns/exchanges following company policy procedures
- Uphold safety standards to minimize theft and loss
- Contribute to team goals through weekly performance targets
Requirements
- Minimum 1+ years’ experience in retail or customer service role
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalency certificate required
- Flexible scheduling availability including weekends
- Knowledge of current fashion trends/household names (preferred)
- Basic computer skills for inventory/sales tracking
- Clean background check results without disqualifications
- Ability to stand up to 8 hours with occasional lifting
