About the Role
Be the face of Sunshine Outfitters at our flagship Orlando location. You’ll engage customers with product expertise and process transactions efficiently. This position focuses on creating memorable shopping experiences while maintaining visual standards in a high-volume outdoor apparel store.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide personalized service
- Demonstrate product features and technical specifications
- Operate POS system for sales and returns
- Achieve individual sales targets
- Maintain merchandise displays and store cleanliness
- Process shipment deliveries and conduct inventory counts
- Promote loyalty program sign-ups
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year retail customer service experience
- Available weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Physical ability to lift 40 lbs and stand 8 hours
- Basic math and computer proficiency
- Outdoor recreation interest/knowledge preferred
- Positive problem-solving skills
