About the Role
As Assistant Nurse Manager in our Critical Care Unit, you’ll support our Clinical Team Lead in operations, patient care management, and nursing team supervision. Experience in ICU or telemetry settings preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining high nursing standards and protocols
- Facilitate patient care coordination with doctors and specialists
- Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions
- Implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure quality care
- Monitor inventory and coordinate supplies for ICU/CCU
- Support patient discharge planning and follow-ups
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
- 3+ years’ experience in critical care nursing
- Bachelor’s in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s preferred
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of electronic health record (EHR) systems
