About the Role
Create welcoming experiences as our first point of contact for hotel guests. Handle check-ins, reservations, and guest inquiries while providing exceptional service. This role combines customer service with operational responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Process guest check-ins and check-outs
- Manage reservations and room assignments
- Handle guest requests and resolve issues
- Process payments and maintain cash drawer
- Provide local area information
- Collaborate with housekeeping on room readiness
- Upsell hotel amenities and services
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous front desk experience preferred
- Proficiency with hotel management systems
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to work overnight and weekend shifts
- Strong verbal communication abilities
- Professional appearance and demeanor
