Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist with product selection
- Operate cash registers and process payments
- Maintain clean and organized store displays
- Manage fitting rooms and restock merchandise
- Answer customer inquiries about products and store policies
- Meet individual and team sales targets
- Process shipping and receiving for new inventory
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6+ months retail experience preferred
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Basic math and computer proficiency
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Comfort with multi-tasking in fast-paced environment
