About the Role
Provide compassionate care to our nursing home residents as a Licensed Practical Nurse. Work under RN supervision to implement care plans and monitor patient conditions.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and perform treatment procedures
- Monitor patient vital signs and condition changes
- Assist RNs in patient assessments and care planning
- Report resident concerns to RN or clinical supervisor
- Document patient care and interactions accurately
- Participate in resident care meetings
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited LPN program
- Current LPN license in [state]
- 1+ years of geriatric care experience desired
- Strong clinical assessment skills
