About the Role
We are seeking a friendly and professional Hotel Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. The agent will be responsible for guest check-ins/check-outs, reservations, and providing excellent customer service. This role is essential in creating positive first impressions and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
Responsibilities
- Greet and check in/out hotel guests
- Process reservations and payments
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
- Provide information about hotel services and local attractions
- Handle guest requests and resolve issues
- Maintain accurate records of guest accounts
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance staff
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights/weekends
