About the Role
The Royal Oak Hotel welcomes dynamic Front Desk Agents to join our team. You’ll provide excellent guest service, process reservations, and help create memorable hotel experiences.
Responsibilities
- Greet and check-in/check-out guests with warmth and efficiency
- Answer guest inquiries and provide directions/information
- Process reservations and transactions using hotel systems
- Resolve customer complaints/issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain lobby organization and cleanliness
- Collaborate with housekeeping/maintenance for room readiness
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years’ experience in hospitality/customer service
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with hotel booking systems/PMS
- Flexible scheduling, including evening/weekend shifts
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
