About the Role
Join our team as a Hotel Front Desk Agent where you will provide exceptional customer service to our guests. You will be responsible for managing reservations, checking guests in and out, and assisting with their needs during their stay.
Responsibilities
- Greet and check-in guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage reservations and room assignments
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions
- Ensure a clean and welcoming front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in customer service or hospitality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in hotel management software
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
