Responsibilities
- Prep mise en place
- Work grill/sauté stations
- Maintain food safety logs
- Collaborate with pastry team
- Follow allergy protocols
- Participate in menu R&D
Requirements
- 2+ years fine dining experience
- ServSafe certification
- Knife skills test required
- Knowledge of butchery
- Ability to work under pressure
- Evening/weekend availability
