About the Role
The Grand Orlando Resort seeks an experienced supervisor to oversee 15 housekeepers. Ensure guest room quality standards and manage linen inventory.
Responsibilities
- Inspect rooms post-cleaning
- Train new housekeeping staff
- Manage laundry operations
- Coordinate with front desk
- Track supply usage
- Enforce OSHA safety standards
Requirements
- 3+ years hotel housekeeping experience
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Valid FL driver’s license
- Knowledge of Ecolab systems
- Flexibility for weekend shifts
- CPR/First Aid certification
