About the Role
We are looking for a friendly and professional Hotel Front Desk Agent to join our team. This role involves assisting guests with check-in and check-out, handling reservations, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Check guests in and out of the hotel
- Handle room reservations and cancellations
- Provide information about hotel services and local attractions
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Ensure the front desk area is clean and organized
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in hotel management software
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Friendly and approachable demeanor
