About the Role
Join our compassionate healthcare team as a Certified Nursing Assistant. You’ll provide essential care to patients, assisting with daily living activities and ensuring their comfort. Your role is crucial in maintaining patient dignity and supporting the nursing staff.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and record vital signs
- Help with mobility and transferring patients
- Provide basic nursing care under supervision
- Maintain cleanliness of patient areas
- Report changes in patient condition to nurses
- Follow infection control protocols
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
Requirements
- Valid CNA certification in state
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year experience preferred
- Physical stamina for patient care
- CPR certification
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts
