About the Role
Sunrise Elementary seeks a passionate 4th Grade Teacher to join our team of educators dedicated to nurturing academic growth and social-emotional development. You’ll create engaging lesson plans aligned with state standards while fostering a positive classroom environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement lesson plans
- Differentiate instruction for diverse learners
- Assess student progress through formative/summative evaluations
- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians
- Collaborate with grade-level team
- Integrate technology into instruction
- Maintain classroom discipline
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education
- State teaching certification (K-6)
- 2+ years classroom experience preferred
- Knowledge of Common Core standards
- Experience with classroom technology
- Strong classroom management skills
