About the Role
Oversaw daily manufacturing operations at Precision Manufacturing. Coordinate workflow, manage production staff, and ensure quality standards are met. Implement process improvements to optimize efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Supervise 20+ production team members
- Monitor assembly line output and quality metrics
- Coordinate with maintenance for equipment needs
- Train new employees on procedures and safety
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations
- Analyze production data to identify improvements
- Manage employee schedules and performance
Requirements
- 3+ years manufacturing experience
- 1+ years supervisory experience
- Associate degree in related field preferred
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
- Proficiency with production management software
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work rotating shifts when needed
